Abstract


Go through more than ten years development course, assets appraisal has been become China indispensable intermediary trade of the market economy already. However, with the rapid growth of the business of assets appraisal in our country and constant enlargement of the scale of assets appraisal agencies in recent years, the assets appraisal exposed some operation quality problems gradually. That not only has hindered the normal full play on function of assets appraisal but also damaged the social image about the assets appraisal. So how to improve the assets appraisal project quality has already become the hot question that has been paid close attention widely. And the reliability of assets appraisal project quality control system is the core to ensure assets appraisal operation quality. At present, the quantitative study on the reliability of assets appraisal project quality control system has not been reported at home and abroad. This thesis attempt to use the reliability theory to study the reliability of the assets appraisal project quality control system in our country, in order to using quantitative analytic means to research approachs improving assets appraisal quality in a new way.This thesis includes five parts. The first part systematically define the elementary theory of assets appraisal project quality control, on the basis of expounding assets appraisal essence, assets appraisal procedure, quality control and relevant concepts, define the concept of assets appraisal quality control, explain the goals, standards, contents and principle of assets appraisal project quality control. The second part use practical analytic means analyze the current situations operation quality of the assets appraisal project and the current situations of assets appraisal project quality control in our country, as the same time, take Hebei province as an example and carry on the representative analyze, then point out the questions existing at present. The third part system atically define the basic way of thinking of reliability theory, systematic theory and the control theory, and crystallize the directive significance of these theories. When studying the assets appraisal project quality control system. The fourth part use the reliability theory to analyze the reliability of the assets appraisal project quality control system, estabilish reliability model of assets appraisal project quality control system, and design three assets appraisal project quality subsystems: accepting and planning quality control subsystem, implementation quality control subsystem, and report quality control subsystem, in accordance with assets appraisal project working process.
