Abstract


\So, to continue to explore the root causes of SME financing , and find solutions to this problem still has important practical significance . This paper mainly uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research , game analysis, multi- factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods , from the macro and micro levels , that is, from the external financing environment for SMEs and SME itself two levels to explore small study source of corporate financing difficulties and related countermeasures. Due to the current literature mostly from the macro-level study was to investigate the financing problems of SMEs , this paper focuses on a micro-level study to explore this issue . I believe that the micro- financing of SMEs reason: SMEs do not know, not good at using a variety of financing tools ; SMEs themselves , there are many vulnerable causing financial institutions to finance the high cost and risks . To solve these problems , the author focuses on the three types of financing channels for SMEs to expand and financing model innovation issues, and industrial organization from the perspective of the financing problems of SMEs in clusters , including clusters of SMEs financing advantage, financing models , as well as relational loans and significance of SME clusters combine and so on. In addition , I also made ??a number of macro level on SME financing environmental improvement measures and recommendations . Structurally, this thesis can be divided into three parts: The first part ( chapter ) is the introduction ; second part ( chapter ) of the problem presented and analyzed ; Part III ( third, fourth and fifth chapter ) is a problem countermeasures and suggestions.
