Abstract


Today 's e-commerce environment , China 's automobile manufacturing enterprises have procurement supply chain and e-commerce play to the advantages of e - commerce in order to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises . However , in this process , many companies do not own procurement business processes and information systems effective integration , and so fully embodies the advantages of e - commerce can not . Home and abroad, the status quo based on the characteristics of China 's automotive manufacturing purchasing business processes in e - commerce environment , put forward the the ideal automobile manufacturing industry e-commerce development model ; through analysis and comparison , Petri Nets as a modeling tool leads the business process model and characteristics of business processes ; guidance as process modeling , the the FAW Volkswagen procurement process model ; focuses on outsourcing parts procurement and distribution process , select the process cycle time as a parameter of the original business process diagnostic analysis and proposed business processes optimized .
