Abstract


Taizhou mountain vegetables due to its natural and geographical conditions , consumer habits , policy support , and other areas has been formed with local characteristics of industrial prototype. In this paper, institutional change theory , the theory of market mechanisms , community of interests theory of economic theory as a guide, introduced Taizhou mountain vegetable industry status quo, analyzes the various modes of industrialization dependent organizational security , risk protection , contract constraints and market constraints mechanisms and non -market instruments, such as low price protection , advanced liquidity , providing free technical information services and other benefits based internal distribution mechanism . And on this basis, puts forward the Taizhou mountain vegetable industry development countermeasures . Currently Taizhou mountain vegetable industry presents \Meanwhile, Taizhou mountain vegetable industry is still relatively low level , facing the mountain vegetables added to mobilize the relevant enterprises is not strong , the farmers high degree of dispersion , low level of organization , non- professional orientation , government behavior is not standardized, not enough support and other issues and difficulties. To achieve Taizhou mountain vegetable industry as a whole leaps and bounds , through the following measures: a ) support and strengthen leading enterprises, enhance the ability of farmers to radiation ; 2 ) the development of specialized cooperative economic organizations and professional markets in order to play its role in the organization and coordination , correctly handle the industrial distribution of benefits within the organization mechanism to raise the level of mountain vegetable industry and farmers, the degree of organization ; 3 ) the use of modern agricultural science and technology to enhance the mountain vegetable production technical level, the use of modern technology to build a high starting point network marketing platform ; 4 ) improve the agricultural extension service system and to accelerate Taizhou mountain vegetable industry modernization process ; 5 ) to develop pollution-free vegetables mountains , the establishment of ecological and environmental protection as the core of organic vegetable production base ; 6 ) by adjusting the knowledge to find new starting point, the transformation of government functions to play its role in integrated control , the use of \These series of measures will be Taizhou mountain vegetable industry development to provide strong support .
