Abstract


Modern logistics run through the whole process of production and circulation of enterprise. The reasonable and efficient logistics system can produce great economic benefit for enterprise through coordinating and improving production and circulation.China is a most country of tobacco production and consumer in the world. Tobacco plays important role in China economics. It is an important ways and measures for tobacco enterprises low cost and occupy market and enhance compete ability to build up modern logistics system to efficiently manage each link of cigarette sales. After China joined WTO, it is also a great countermeasure for Chinese tobacco enterprises face to the challenges of foreign big tobacco groups. Nanyang city has most population and is a greatest market of cigarette in Henan province.On the basis of a lot of author practice works and literature on logistics, third party logistics and central of logistics, the SOWT of tobacco logistics development in Nanyang city was analyzed. It was indicated that: (1) The superiority of tobacco logistics development in Nanyang include: ①Nanyang tobacco enterprise has a better development basis, stronger economic strength and good credit; ② the sale cost can be greatly lowed by improving management; ③ The region superiority is very obvious;④ There is a relative comprehensive logistics system of tobacco. (2) The inferior position is ① The economic level is relative low in this region; ② The service demand is not high; ③ The cigarette variety is unitary; ④ The single deliver goods; ⑤ The logistics specialist is rare; ⑥ The management level is low. The development of tobacco logistics in Nanyang city faces a lot of great threaten, there are foreign cigarette compete with open market, international and domestic logistics enterprise compete, canceling or weakening of cigarette monopolized system, lack of standard for logistics management and so on. But, many factors give some logistics development chances to Nanyang tobacco enterprise such as investigation of industry structure, appear of holiday economics, monopoly system lasting, circulation
