Abstract


The citrus industry is one of the agro-industry in Taizhou, Taizhou, the external image of the brand, Taizhou culture. In recent years, with the continuous progress of China's agricultural structure adjustment, citrus production and marketing situation stimulated rapid change occurs, small-scale production and the market has become more apparent contradictions, to some extent, restricted the development of the citrus industry in Taizhou. Thesis summary and interpretation of the theory of industrial management of agriculture and the industrialization of agriculture in real terms, that is, in accordance with the market mechanism organization of production, processing and marketing of agricultural products, from simple buyer-seller relationship between the three becomes interests as a link contract as a way of linking the new community of interests, the formation of a new mechanism to promote agricultural development, promote agricultural embarked on market-oriented, professional, social orbit. Papers based on research with Taiwan City citrus production status and industrial operating conditions, analysis of the advantages and constraints of Taizhou citrus industry. Pointed out the advantage of operating Taizhou citrus industry is superior natural conditions; historic production, high profile origin; higher degree of industry aggregation, industry Jichuzhashi; powerful leading enterprises, industrial organizations, has begun to take shape; stronger overall economic strength sensitive, producers of commercial awareness. Main factors restricting the the Taizhou citrus industrial management policy efforts to support is not strong support for the direction to be adjusted; generally small scale of production, the low level of organization of farmers; construction of industrial management organizations are still weak internal mechanisms need to be improved; brand construction in its infancy, still need to strengthen integration; technical level between the county varies, the overall force needs to be improved and other factors. Proposed ten countermeasures to promote of Taizhou citrus industrial management: the use of fiscal and tax policy, the promotion of industrial development; advancing to orange agricultural land legally circulation, increase the scale of production of single-family; positive development of the citrus industry management organizations to improve their internal mechanisms; strive to foster brand citrus, effectively strengthen brand building; series development of the industry chain as a breakthrough, integrated operation; strategy of export-oriented development of the citrus industry, citrus industry oriented degree; implement quality citrus development planning in Taizhou, further adjust product structure; using scientific development concept to guide production and strengthen the construction of standardization demonstration bases; deepen the reform of the science and technology system, promote the transformation and the promotion of scientific and technological achievements; comprehensive promotion of citrus quality and safety standardization of production technology, and strive to improve the quality of the orange farmers.
