Abstract


The crime of money laundering is a serious social nuisance , has attracted the world, including the Chinese government attaches great importance to . A correct understanding of the crime of money laundering in the performance , characteristics , hazards, and reasonably determine the crime of money laundering crimes , and has important significance for the fight against money laundering crime . In this paper, the theory of criminal law as a guide , by reference to the relevant international conventions and foreign legislation to study the concept and characteristics of money laundering , and in-depth analysis of the reasons for the breeding of money laundering and huge social harm ; principles of analysis to study the provisions of China's criminal law on money laundering crimes constitute punishment , controversial issues through elaborate money-laundering offenses violated the object as well as subjective aspects put forward the idea of perfecting China's criminal law on money laundering crime , increased from expanding the scope of the crime of money laundering predicate offenses , and to expand the scope of the subject of the crime of money-laundering crimes , as can constitute the crime of money-laundering , improving the criminal law the forfeiture provisions of the legislation regulate the four aspects of the proposed legislation . In this paper, the discussion of the above problems , and want to be able to benefit effectively combat serious crime of money laundering activities in China and the world within .
