Abstract


After 20 years of rapid development , China 's family business has grown to be one of the important force to promote China's economic growth and structural adjustment . Into the plight of the family business is not lack of capital, market and technology , but the talent and guarantee the institutional foundation for long-term stability of the enterprise , family business governance reform issues have been put on the agenda . Continuous flow both from the family business governance change argument : Family unwaveringly reserved , and starting the full introduction of modern corporate governance model , according to the actual situation of the family business , should establish contingency governance concepts , and to construct a family business governance Contingency model. For the convenience of analysis , family business governance model summarizes the common governance of three modes for the owners and compromise , as well as the interests of stakeholders . By Contingency continuous flow model applied to the analysis of the system of the family business , and asked the owners governance mode within a certain range , but after more than efficiency boundary barriers to enterprise development , most Chinese family enterprises to adopt the mode , there is a need for change ; stakeholder co- governance model is to change the direction of the Chinese family business governance , but the introduction of this mode there is a series of logical barriers , only a small number of large-scale family business conditions change and power ; compromise governance the model is a realistic choice of the majority of Chinese family businesses , and the mode of internal governance and external governance .
