Abstract


The existence of a large number of the rural labor force is an inescapable fact , has always been considered to solve the problem of the bottleneck restricting the \Theorists all levels of government , are inclined to the transfer of rural labor force to solve the \Transfer of rural labor , you can take full advantage of the human resources of agriculture , to solve rural employment pressure , the growth of farmers' income , improve labor productivity in rural areas , optimizing the economic structure , the prosperity of the rural economy , and promote coordinated economic and social development . Therefore , all parts of the country are also actively promote the transfer of local labor . The transfer of rural labor force also has important implications for Penglai . In-depth learning and understanding of domestic and foreign theories and models on the transfer of rural labor , to grasp the current situation and the main features of the the Penglai rural labor transfer , through a large number of empirical studies to analyze the dynamic and looking for its various constraints , focusing on analysis emerging rural labor transfer the COFCO mode . Finally , based on the above theoretical and empirical analysis , this paper puts forward countermeasures to promote the Penglai rural labor transfer , in order to achieve a smooth transfer of rural labor , and promote the overall coordination of the local economic and social development .
