Abstract


Land to farmers is a valuable asset , the production of carrier , the entire contents of the farmers' production and living . With the establishment of the market economy in our country , the impact of various values ??, the attitude of the farmers on the land from undifferentiated nostalgic transformed for a wide range of land values ??. This paper surveys of the Beijing mountain farmers land values ??, analysis of the status quo of the diversification of farmers ' land values ??of land values ??mainly three types : land - based type , land protection and land - burden type . And from the farmers of personality characteristics , such as age, gender , experience and educational qualifications to study factors affecting farmers ' land values ??, but also from the socio-economic aspects to study the impact of changes in the external environment of the farmers ' land values ??, including institutional factors , agriculture policy and so on . This paper also explores the impact of different land values ??, the type of land use , and land use types in the type of inputs , the conservative and land flow transformation . This paper studies the farmers land values ??type and its influencing factors , land use patterns , we can see the attitude of farmers on the land . Can grasp the factors affecting farmers' land values ??, farmers from macroeconomic policy is conducive to the harmonious development of agriculture guidance . This article reveals the changes in farmers' land values ??and characteristics , the development of rural land policies, provide an important basis to promote the transfer of rural labor and urbanization . Is the norm , an important foundation to guide the farmers' land-use behavior .
