Abstract


In recent years , the People 's Police Law Enforcement blocked, the legitimate interests of the police repeatedly by unlawful infringement , even violent attacks , the life of the police under serious threat , this phenomenon is much worse in the past few years . How to protect the interests of the People's Police Law Enforcement , has become the focus of the industry to explore the maintenance of national legal authority . Get rid of the plight of poor police enforcement rights protection , improve the existing police enforcement equity security system . Strengthen leadership, to maintain the interests of police work in an important position , improve the relevant legislation , the establishment of specialized agencies of public security rights , improving public security equipment , reducing non-police activities , strengthen propaganda and strengthen training efforts , and enhance awareness of the police to protect themselves , a series of measures to improve the combat skills in order to make the legitimate rights and interests of effective protection of the police . I tried to start from the clear Policemen's interest in the meaning of and turn first stage of China's People 's Police Law Enforcement Interest repeatedly against the status quo , analysis of the root causes of problems and causes , and then find a solution .
