Abstract


In modern economic life , the bills as a carrier of the commercial credit to promote the circulation of commodities , accelerate cash flow , play a particularly important role . Bills as a credit or payment instruments , its basic characteristics after repeated transfer, circulation between multiple parties , malicious and goodwill of the parties of the legal consequences of their behavior , because of social production , real life complicated , in many cases, it is necessary to correctly determine whether a person has a malicious or good is not easy to be a difficult field of the Negotiable Instruments Law , thus , on the Law of Negotiable Instruments malicious and goodwill . This article focuses on an overview of the well-intentioned and malicious as well as how to define the malicious and goodwill of the parties in the Negotiable Instruments and related Negotiable Instruments on the specific provisions as to further explore .
