Abstract


In this paper, according to the National Natural Science Foundation of Outstanding Young project support environment and mode of operation of China 's venture capital company research needs , using theoretical analysis and empirical analysis method of combining research assessment theories and methods of venture enterprise value . From the characteristics of assessment methods and assessment objects to match the idea, summarizes the development of the enterprise value of content , and pointed out that the value of the entrepreneurial enterprise value includes the value of the existing business and potential opportunities ; discussed in detail the use of new labor theory of value entrepreneurial enterprise value the source pointed out that overall the creative work of the entrepreneurial enterprise personnel plays an important role in the value of the business model for start-ups , the proposed the entrepreneurial enterprise value of the formula ; system analysis on the basis of the above findings , the traditional enterprise valuation method applied to entrepreneurial enterprises valuation , constitute a formula based on the value of the start-ups to design the entrepreneurial enterprise value assessment of the basic methodology ; empirical analysis of research data on the above theoretical findings , and draw the relevant conclusions .
