Abstract


Promote the implementation of the \Contract although it is not exhausted all the problems , but with the contract for the bottom line , the rights of workers will be able to get basic protection . The overall situation of China's private enterprises labor relations are gradually improving , this process will gradually accelerate . But the problem is still outstanding labor relations discord labor relations restricting the development and growth of private enterprises . Private enterprise labor relations management for the study, from the perspective of the Labor Contract Law explores how labor relations management , and promote the healthy growth of private enterprises . The basic framework of this paper are: First , ask questions , and research at home and abroad for a Study and Review ; Second, from a legal perspective , the analysis of the impact of the labor contract law to the labor relations of private enterprises , and that the Labor Contract Law, in the short term within pain to the enterprise , but in the long run , for enterprise change management , enhance the management level , the establishment of harmonious labor relations , and enhance the lasting competitiveness has provided an opportunity to meet and maintain the fundamental interests of the enterprise ; next, survey of nearly 40 private enterprises , private enterprises in the implementation of the labor Contract Law labor relations situation description , discordant conclusions drawn overall labor relations of private enterprises in China , and a brief analysis of the causes of discord , a case depth analysis of the importance of harmonious labor relations for enterprise development ; Finally, managers of private enterprises should be people - centered concept , the concept of labor relations and human resource management integration into the day-to-day management of the enterprise , the premise of the implementation of the labor Contract Law down by the government, enterprises, employees tripartite efforts to build a harmonious labor relations .
