Abstract

Public discourse space is a cutting-edge issues in contemporary social science, which is derived from the theory of Western society in the Context of the public domain, but exists as a social and contemporary China's socialist democracy and legal system are closely linked, and therefore, its depth study has important theoretical and practical significance. In the era of information network, with the process of promoting the development of China's market economy and democracy and the rule of law, national consciousness generally high awareness of their rights is a general increase in the power of public discourse space has become increasingly prominent. State and society spacing communication both public relations and public opinion in the form of checks and balances of state power and provide legalization basis. Public discourse space itself contains a huge democratic potential, its prosperity and orderly development also reflects the level of development of the country's political civilization. Public discourse space to construct the problems faced by research social reality, to provide reasonable and feasible to construct the path for today's social science research in the field to expand a new theoretical space, open up the theory and practice of China's socialist democracy and legal process a new horizon, is conducive to the ultimate realization of democracy and the rule of law based on the harmonious socialist society. The paper consists of six main parts. The first part of the introduction, articles or the background, significance, research status, research ideas and methods. This article aims to departure from the social science perspective, combined with China's national conditions, a more systematic study of public discourse space under the guidance of Marxism, which play a role in promoting socialist democracy and legal process. The second part focuses on issues related to public discourse space, including public discourse space and its related concepts defined feature overview, theoretical foundation, four aspects in the course of development of our country. Interpret the essence of the \Habermas' public sphere theory to the theory of the classical writers of Marxism-Leninism on the public discourse space research, to explore the theoretical origins and research base of the socialist public discourse space; combined with China's social development process of induction of four of the public discourse space development stage; using authoritative data and chart data highlight China's Internet space and SMS platform communication space development trend. The third part focuses on the significance of spatial construction of public discourse in the process of China's socialist democracy and legal system. Including dialysis public discourse space research on the development of democracy and rule of law, a harmonious society and a market economy in China, pointed out that the key to further promote the process of democracy and the rule of law in China is to construct a rational public discourse space. Part IV discusses the main problems in our public discourse spatial construction, from the history and current situation of the society, the macro environment and micro individual citizens, the media and the role of government and other aspects to analyze, pointed out that China's socialist public discourse spatial construction social and historical conditions do not fit imperfect, civil society, government support is not in place, theoretical research is not sufficient. The fifth part is the focus of this article, based on contemporary China's social circumstances and needs of the development of democracy and the rule of law, from the general idea, in principle, to a specific path of theoretical and practical multi-angle analysis. To nurture a rational civic culture, enhance the concept of civic rights and responsibilities; strengthen the independence of the media, to optimize the spatial carrier mechanism; strengthen government guidance, and actively develop non-governmental organizations; accelerate the legislative protection, the effective protection of citizens' right to speak; perfect the market economic system, speed up the The theory research specifically discussed our public discourse space constructed path selection problem. Part VI summary review of the main content of the study, and further research is needed in the future place. Current academic discourse on the spatial construction of public discourse is too fragmented and simple, from the theoretical value, with Chinese characteristics theoretical paradigm of public discourse space system is a supplement to the public discourse space theory. However, the solution space issues of public discourse is not easy, the socialist public discourse space in the actual construction of many of the issues worth to continue to explore.
