Abstract


With the accelerated pace of global economic integration , the survival and development of the modern enterprise of its salary management system put forward higher requirements . Chinese enterprises at this stage remuneration management problems exposed fully the enterprises pay system unsuited to market competition has increasingly become obstacles to the development and management of Chinese enterprises . Enterprise compensation management system and corporate strategy of organic binding contribute to the formation of the company's core capabilities , helping organizations to obtain and maintain a competitive advantage . The value of the strategy -oriented allocation is a kind of strategic thinking , emphasizing enterprise compensation management system and enterprise development strategies, organizational culture, corporate marketing strategy and enterprise development stages combine to achieve organizational goals and sustainable development for the enterprise provide support.
