Abstract


Sovereignty as a fundamental concept in international law , to determine its significance in terms of international law of fundamental importance . The purpose of this paper is to clarify the concept of sovereignty , based on the establishment of a new concept of sovereignty . Based on this goal , the paper first reviews and analyzes the historical development of the concept of sovereignty . In this part of the analysis of four sovereign theories which constitute the understanding of sovereignty in international law today the basis of meaning . In the second part , the authors analyzed the use of sovereignty in international law, international law, meaning in practice due to operational difficulties . In this section , the authors analyzed the League of Nations , the United Nations , the World Trade Organization, the customary law of war and human rights and international law, the concept of sovereignty uncoordinated , trying to show that the concept of sovereignty in international law to re- understand the necessity . In the third part , the author critically learn from Rousseau 's sovereignty theory attempts to propose a new concept of sovereignty . The concept of sovereignty to the exclusion of international law in shaping the concept of sovereignty on the operation and development of the existing obstacles to international law .
