Abstract


The rapid development of modern communication technology, Internet technology and multimedia technology, users can quickly access various forms of information resources, but also inevitably bring about the problem of \Internet media or pass through their resource preferences, social relations, task collaboration, associated with the formation of a new recommendation relationship network. To provide information of interest for the this Recommended relations network is to reduce the information overload and personalized applications. The recommended relationship network based on personalized recommendation technology, it relates to information retrieval, data mining, artificial intelligence, sociology and many other fields. \Electronic police personalized personalized network activities of police, public security departments how to use e-police platform, and recycling of police activities, police officers through an open network environment to provide personalized office processes and services. In the implementation of electronic police personalized, personalized recommendation technology is the basic one of the key technologies. The paper around the open environment of personalized recommendation technology, models and algorithms to expand research, personalized recommendation technology, especially the community structure of the existing recommendation system found a systematic analysis and comparison. User behavior characterization and interest to obtain similar users to find personalized recommendation strategy, and community self-organization and other issues, the analysis and research. On this basis, based on collaborative filtering techniques, proposed to build a multi-level intelligent agent-based self-organizing community of reciprocity and recommendation algorithm to complete dynamic personalized recommendation, and verify the effectiveness and robustness of the algorithm . Finally, public security and data types range of the police uneven features in the interest of public security data, the personalized dynamic recommendation technology research results are applied to the field of electronic police, in order to reduce the problem of information overload police officers. And for the status of a city police developed Recommended electronic police inquiry system based on learning community monitoring and dynamic personalized data resources, to achieve self-organization of the police officers of the same interests, and recommended resources, resource sharing, collaborative communication and other functions police officers to help the efficient sharing of resources and experience.
