Abstract


It has been shown , the spiritual essence of the philosophy of science as an era has left its mark in various fields of natural and social sciences . The same with its philosophy of the mainstream of the times of the early 20th century, the development of the management to maintain a high degree of similarities and consistent . This paper attempts from the specific methods of management theory , the basis of assumptions and philosophical convictions , historical analysis , case studies and empirical analysis show that the basic ideas of logical positivism a profound impact on the development of management thinking . Experiments summarized based on empirical methods and analysis features to measure , model number rationalistic method has been widely used in the study of classical management and modern management . Based on modern thinking the way advocated by logical positivism and Simon 's analysis of the plight of modern management theory , this paper re- examine the philosophy Problem of Induction discuss and post-modern rationalism refute , that , not only is the number of management doctrine of the scientific method and based on empirical methods to incorporate both co - created the plight of modern management theory .
