Abstract


The Junior Command growth cadres talent base, the modernization of the armed forces and winning future high-tech war is the leader directly perform military tasks in the future , its leadership is directly related to the future performance of their duties the extent . This paper first describes the to cultivate the Junior Command growth cadres importance of leadership and assessment tools promotion of the the Junior Command growth leadership cadres comparative analysis , followed by the capability of our military for junior commanders growth in leading culture and West Point students leadership training find out the similarities and differences , and provide a reference for the establishment of our military primary command and growth of cadres leadership assessment index system , again using the Delphi method to determine applicable to our military the Junior Command growth in leading capacity evaluation index system , and application of AHP seeking its weight , and finally the the qualitative simulation technology introduced to the Junior Command growth in leading capability assessment , preliminary design the Junior Command growth cadres leadership assessment model , quantitative assessment of the results of the qualitative description .
