Abstract


Great changes between supplying and demanding in the field of real estate market and found have been taken place since the government carried on the policy of adjusting finance and land in 2004. A Real Estate Company meets such problem as strategy is unclear, managing ability is declining. In this thesis, a long-term developing strategy has been made in order to keep a stable development on the basis of scientific analysis. At the same time, a better reference for stable development has been provided to the other real estate companies in the current environment.According to the theory of core competence, the theory of strategic resource and Dumbbell Model theory, based on the method of fixing quality and quantity analysis and tools of SWOT Matrix and SPACE Matrix, through analyzing the external and internal environment of A company, and makes a stable and expanding strategy standing on the region and facing the whole country which assists operating strategy including market expanding, mergence and coalition, correlative diversification strategy for the company, low cost, difference, focusing competitive strategy for business, marketing, human resource, research and development, innovation, band strategy for function department .
