In the field of second language acquisition, second language writing process researchers conducted a lot of research, especially for the use of the first language in second language writing process and its impact on the quality of second language writing, there are many empirical studies But for whatever reason, the results are not consistent, involved mostly belonging to the Indo-European language, its inspiration and guiding significance for the Chinese as a first language, English as a foreign language to learn Chinese learners, seems very limited. Therefore, this study will be targeted Chinese English learners, a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis approach, intended to reveal their second language writing process dependent on the mother tongue as well as the use of the mother tongue of their second language writing quality. The experiments carried out in two steps: questionnaire surveys and case studies. All the answers to all samples and two reference group entered into the computer, into the data, and then take advantage of the social science statistical package (SPSS 12.0) correlation analysis. Since then, the two reference group were randomly selected four and two students to participate in a case study. Case studies using internationally accepted sound thinking method, the full recording of students' second language writing process, and then the voice data into text material, combined with second language writing and other written material written in this process, and analysis of its The specific use of the native language and native language dependence on second language writing quality. The case study results confirm the survey results, gradually increase as the level of second language, will gradually reduce the dependence of the mother tongue (language), and, in addition to writing a later stage, the use of the mother tongue in second language writing process and will not necessarily be a negative impact on the quality of second language writing. Generally speaking, Chinese English learners in the actual writing stage than write and write stage more dependent on their mother tongue, but a higher level of second language learners in writing and write later stage rarely use their mother tongue only in writing before the idea the stage sometimes use their mother tongue; while lower levels of second language learners often use their mother tongue before writing ideas, writing in the and write later stage dependent mother tongue even more frequent.
