Abstract


New rural culture is an important characteristic and section of new socialist countryside. New rural culture construction can supply a strongly spiritual support of new countryside construction, boost the economic development of countryside. However, in this process people’s ideological cognition, valuable idea and thinking mode have changed enormously as a result form the diversification of benefit owner and ideological moral. As a result, people’s acceptation to the culture the culture has presented diversify choice based on the above fact, this trend has brought serious challenge to function of ideological and political education in solving the problem of different kinds of culture. The substance of ideological and political education itself as a kind of spiritual culture is the soul of the socialist core values system. Accordingly, it is urgent time that we should improve the function of ideological and political education in the socialist new rural cultural construction.The thesis is divided into four parts to discuss. The first part is to tell the scientific content and the strategic important of building new socialist rural culture. In the second part, it mainly concludes that the ideological and political education played vital roles in the socialist new rural cultural construction. The next part, it tells the reason of the socialist new rural cultural construction. In the last part, based on the above studying, the thesis mainly takes some effective measures to improve the function of ideological and political education in the socialist culture.
