Abstract


Fuel-oil refining production to take advantage of a variety of processing device, after physical and chemical changes in the crude oil into fuel products for transportation and heating, while it also provides raw material for the chemical companies. Production planning and scheduling is to the refinery optimize operations, improve economic efficiency, energy saving, effective method. Production Scheduling Process Industry CIMS key link is the connection link between production management and control of the production process. Up the to give business strategic decision-making basis for decision making down to arrange for the production and processing tasks, the guidance and supervision of the operation of the control layer. Oil production is typical of the process industry process, large-scale, complex process, the establishment of the mathematical model is the focus of the study is dispatched. Scheduling model for various functional modules according to the actual situation of the refinery production using mathematical programming methods, the use of heuristic rules to reduce the number of constraints and variables, thereby reducing the complexity of the problem, is one of the main methods of this paper. Since the majority of the scheduling problem is NP-hard combinatorial optimization problem to find a polynomial complexity optimization method is almost impossible. The use of genetic algorithms and other intelligent methods, feasible solutions in a short period of time to get a satisfactory means of process simulation software closely integrated device simulation and process optimization, scheduling program generated to establish more practical production processes based on scheduling research has refining integrated automation and management of the oil circulation practicality truly play a role, to provide a basis for refining production, sales, management, the ultimate purpose of this study. The main content of this paper is summarized as follows: (1) Process Industry CIMS structure and scheduling illustrates the relationship between the scheduling and planning, in which the role and status, review scheduling problems Research and application of details of the current scheduling the Institute to use a variety of methods, these commonly used method comparative study pointed out the advantages and disadvantages. (2) refining process simulation technology and process simulation software Aspen Tech Aspen Plus in the refinery production process simulation system. (3) analysis of the actual production process, considering the the materials energy consumption and balance to meet inventory and demand constraints, the use of mixed integer programming method, crude oil mixing device processing, refined oil reconcile three unified the refining production scheduling model.
