This paper uses the theory of high-speed cutting and elastoplastic mechanical analysis of the force and the centrifugal force of the process of high-speed milling cutter milling suffered from the cutting principle , the establishment the cutter geometry solid model and the force model , the application of the finite element method for high-speed the tool milling process stress field simulation and analysis , the system examines the tool geometry parameters , milling dosage , provides the basis for the structural design of high-speed cutter and reasonable choice of high - speed processing of cutting parameters . Through concrete analysis of high-speed milling tool loads , using finite element software ANSYS APDL ( parametric design language ) and UIDL ( User Interface Language ) , milling cutter suffered mechanical loads and centrifugal force load dynamic parameterized modeling to determine the stress-strain state of high-speed cutter . Finite element analysis for high-speed cutter geometry parameters , mainly from the anterior horn of the cutter helix angle , knife number of teeth , the path length ratio and cutting edge angle , and other factors to proceed with the analysis . Selection of the high-speed cutter milling parameters , detailed study of the spindle speed , feed per tooth is the amount of cutting depth , the side eating knives amount of change cutter stress distribution , the other is different from the traditional milling high-speed cutter knife unbalanced centrifugal force , the main analysis tool unbalance the quality and balance of the tool system level G parameters .
