Abstract

With the new mines through the table getting thicker soil thickness , freeze the borehole wall to withstand the increasing external loads must , in order to resist the powerful ground pressure , the use of high-strength shaft wall structure . Currently , deep frozen wellbore the domestic mechanical properties and strength characteristics of the inner layer of steel plate high strength reinforced concrete composite wall , outside the lack of systematic research , in the design process , the less its carrying capacity and reliability of the data , giving the project application brought problems . Through theoretical analysis , model tests and numerical calculation of the mechanical properties of the three research methods that type of lining structure system . Analyzed in the theoretical analysis of the cross-section of the shaft lining structure strain , stress and ultimate bearing capacity , the theoretical formula of ultimate bearing capacity of the calculation of the borehole wall ; model test , based on the similarity theory, the borehole wall structure similar guidelines and deformation characteristics and ultimate bearing capacity of the lining structure model by tests deep frozen the wellbore inner layer of reinforced concrete composite wall ; numerical simulation , numerical simulation analysis , results are compared with the test results of the model consistent , and further analysis of the the lining structure ultimate bearing capacity of the size of the major influencing factors and the return of the borehole wall structure ultimate bearing capacity formula . The results of this study provides the basis for the future application of such lining structure .
