Abstract


Sports Philanthropy in China under the guidance of national policy from scratch, along with the success of the Beijing Olympic Games organized sports philanthropy is showing a booming trend , showing good prospects for development . To develop sports philanthropy is an important way of building a harmonious society in China . We need to think about sports philanthropy development , the use of modern technology and means to promote the openness of the Sports Philanthropy , institutionalized and standardized . Subject and object angle running from the charity , the study on the current status quo of China 's sports charity detailed exposition and analysis of sports philanthropy main problems in the development and change , and run cases by individual sports charity analysis and diagnosis , feasibility model of social development and reform of the ways for the further development of Chinese sports philanthropy . The main method of this study are: literature , expert interviews and logical analysis . The main conclusions of this study are: 1 . Country sports charity , there are a lot of problems , generally concentrated in four areas of organizational capacity-building , resource mobilization capacity is weak , inadequate laws and regulations , and the positive role of government policy has not yet been full play to . Sports charities run there a few questions : Sports charitable organizations and institutions fewer ; sports charities fundraising weak ; sports charity organization lacks credibility : Sports Charity lack of statistical systems ; sports charity single project implementation . This stage of sports philanthropy . Mainly to government-led , civil set up , supplemented to mobilize all social forces to participate in the use of scientific management mode and to promote the development of sports philanthropy benign . In the history of the new requirements of building a harmonious society in the new period , the new way of the development of Chinese sports philanthropy : to strengthen the credibility of the construction of sports philanthropy ; transformation Sports charitable organizations and government relations positioning ; government resources to start a private investment of resources ; perfect the social charitable giving incentives ; introduction of private third-party assessment agencies ; brand project to expand public opinion and propaganda spread sports charity culture ; development and growth of the sports charity volunteer team .
