Abstract


Chaozhou Chaozhou-Shantou area is a kind of LST regional characteristics and the nature of folk beliefs charity , this unique non-governmental charitable organizations to interact with the local government has shown with other civil society organizations generally distinctive pattern of relationships , that \compromise - cooperative \Chaoshan LST \Chaoshan LST encountered the \brought about by insufficient supply of public goods Chaoshan charities and other non-governmental forces need to compensate.
