Furnace metallurgical enterprises major energy-consuming equipment , automatic control strategy is an important research directions in the field of process control . How to use the automatic control system to ensure the quality of the billet heating , saving the energy consumption of the furnace , and to ensure optimal combustion of the combustion system , and to extend the life of the furnace apparatus and to reduce the environmental pollution has been a must endeavor to solve the problem of this field of research . Continuous reheating furnace control system design of Shanghai No. 3 Steel Factory , first introduced the the furnace computer control development status as well as continuous reheating furnace control function design requirements ; Second , in the main contents of the furnace control system introduced on the basis of the analysis , a mainly functional design ; then , the furnace temperature changes with time-varying , multi- disturbance nonlinear stochastic process . Focuses on the feasibility of fusion of the neural network and PID control , a complex control scheme - based on neural network PID control algorithm , this algorithm will be moving , static characteristics , robustness and interference characteristics PID control simulation . Simulation results show that this algorithm robustness , immunity and satisfactory quality control ; the last Steel Factory DCS control system structure , used Genesis32 T103 unit product , PC screen , the next crew procedures were elaborated .
