Abstract

Tobacco is a leaf crops, the quality of tobacco and its products are mainly composed of its intrinsic chemical composition content of the decision. Changes in chemical composition of tobacco is extremely complex , tobacco types, differences in chemical composition . Based on the pre-treatment method and the column system selection comparison and study , by solvent extraction and gas chromatography of the tobacco alkaloid and sterols , derivatization gas chromatography analysis of the non- volatile acid tobacco , with retention time and relative retention times and by GC / MS , internal standard . Alkaloids measurement results relative standard deviation of 2.2 to 15.0 % and the method recovery was 89.4 ~ 98.8% . Sterol measurement results relative standard deviation of 2.6 to 8.8% , recoveries of 92.7 ~ 102.1% . Non- volatile acid determination results relative standard deviation of 0.6 to 19.8% recoveries of 86.7 ~ 103.6% . In the study , based on the Changde Cigarette Factory provides 52 samples of tobacco alkaloids, sterols were relatively non- volatile acid content and comparison of different tobacco leaves found mainly alkaloids, sterols, relatively non- volatile acid content is quite different, the total alkaloids of 0.92 to 3.03 % of total sterol 0.02 to 0.06% of total non- volatile acid content of 2.31 ??~ 4.55% . The conclusions of this intelligent system development cigarette formulation provides a theoretical basis for achieving the tar harm reduction , and promote modernization of business and industry has a positive meaning .
