Abstract


The explanation of civilization in Xinhua Dictionary is a social status when a society develops to a higher stage. Political civilization is the good achievement that people get from their political practice in certain stage of society. It is presented as the progress of political rules and regulations and political life. Political civilization is an organic whole which is composed of five parts, including subject, realization, relationship, behavior and system. Among them, political civilization of realization is soul. The research of political civilization development in ethic regions has practical significance.The thesis defines the politics and civilization first. Then it respectively disserts the developing history of political civilization of realization in socialism with Chinese characteristics and the practical significance of accelerating the development of political civilization of realization in ethnic regions. It sets up a preliminary understanding of political civilization of realization in China, and it attaches importance to the development status of political civilization of realization in inner Mongolia. On this basis, the thesis puts forward suggestions to promote political civilization of realization common to ethnic regions in our country. These suggestions are theoretically innovative, and have certain referential meanings to the development of political civilization of realization in our ethnic regions.
