Abstract

Building energy efficiency is a common concern in the world, is also the major policies of China's \The air conditioning system including wind and water systems, the energy consumption of air conditioning water systems account for a large proportion of the entire air-conditioning system, air conditioning water system energy saving is important to study. Using computer modeling and simulation method of air-conditioning water system components performance simulation and analysis of the entire air conditioning water system energy savings in experimental costs, shorten product development cycles, reduce costs, save materials, etc., through computer simulation of air conditioning water system the course of their work, the matching of the various components of the simulation system parameters coupled system, has become the operating characteristics of the research system to evaluate the performance of various components, an important means to improve the system components or equipment performance and overall system optimization. Simulation of the air conditioning system is divided into two main categories: lumped parameter method and distribution parameters. The former does not consider the time-varying system parameters, the system unsteady effects and the parameters of the distribution characteristics suitable for simulation of the air-conditioning system as a whole, can provide effective guidance for the control and regulation of the overall system. The latter can better study the basic internal process, part of the internal mass flow and heat transfer mechanism, applicable to the actual working process of the system components, the simulation of the dynamic characteristics and components performance optimization analysis. This paper reviews the development of domestic and international air-conditioning system simulation and simulation studies using steady-state lumped parameter method, on the basis of previous studies, to further improve the steady-state model of the main components of air conditioning water system, write the simulation program . Simulation results and several experimental average results show that the model established in this paper is correct and reasonable, a program written. Impact and energy efficiency of the major components and the regulation of the water system in the entire air conditioning, in order for the air conditioning system control and energy-saving services. Chapter 2-based refrigeration unit compressor, evaporator, condenser and expansion valve model to simulate the operation of a single-stage centrifugal chiller full load state, with many experiments the average results to verify its correctness; write a simulation program of the two-stage centrifugal chillers, and compare its performance with the single-stage analog; refrigeration units at part load operation given the unloaded state, as well as control the water temperature of the evaporator. Chapter 3 to establish the steady-state model of fan coil by the product of the average results of several experiments to verify the correctness of the model; simulation and analysis and regulation and energy efficiency of the fan coil. Chapter 4 of the steady-state model of the cooling tower, the product of the average results of several experiments to verify the correctness of the model; simulation and energy-saving analysis of two modes of control of the cooling tower. Chapter 5 describes the difference in temperature and differential pressure control water pump frequency control method, use a combination of energy-saving control analysis of the pump in the part load operation, and to illustrate the feasibility of a specific project. Chapter 6, on the basis of the previous chapters, air conditioning water system to adjust the quantitative analysis of the impact and energy efficiency of the major components.
