Abstract


The public trust of the township government is based on their own psychological judgment, credit appraisal It is power of domination, prestige.It is power to the heart.The power is originate from the support by people.It is show of people in the heart by influence, prestige or obedience.In our country the construction of the trust of township government has threaten by the serious weak problem. This Essay analyzes the trust of township government about feature,problem,representation and significance. Then it analyzes some factors that affect the construction of the trust of township government.It, contain internal factors about rural social change, rural economic development, rural culture.It contain external factors about township government construction, image building, power operation.In the lase,it propose ideas to improve the trust of township government.It contain measure about construction of the Rule-of-law Government, credit government, clean and capable government.
