Abstract


Scientific concept of development is the new collective leadership of the part y and state clearly in the Plenary Session proposed Governing and the important i deas. Its basic meaning is: "people-oriented,comprehensive, coordinated and sustainab le development."Scientific concept of development of socialist modernization in Chi na, the historical background of the new form, which is rooted in the fertile soil of Chinese traditional culture. Scientific concept of development is a "modernizatio n" in the process of a reflection, but also excellent in the tradition of philosophy based on the results, and the completion of its times beyond. Among them, the "p eople-oriented" is a traditional "people-based" thinking,sustainable development is "Tian-ren-he-yi" the history of inheritanceand rational thinking of sublimation, th e scientific concept of development proposed balanced, the overall balance of new ideas, it is the essence of yin and yang of Chinese traditional culture succession of dialectical thinking and innovation. Therefore, the scientific concept of develop ment not only embodies the deep roots of Chinese civilization, but also embodies the progressive spirit of the times.
