Abstract


With the continuous improvement of the role and status of non-public economy in China's socialist market economy, the new social class as an important social strata and groups began to rapidly rise and growing. The people most concerned about the new social strata or the development and growth of China's socio-economic impact, and its political impact is often overlooked. In fact, the new social strata generally benefit groups as China's reform and opening-up policy, they generally have a strong tendency to support the existing political system and aspirations, and has an extremely important impact on China's political stability, political democracy and political identity , and would have a political effect and political demands. New social class as an important interest groups, demands began to show their political participation and trend was gradually expand. Their extensive participation in political life, to express their political aspirations through their own and their group's activities impact on China's political activities and to some extent, promote social development and progress. The emergence of new social strata in China is a product of China's reform and opening up, it is accompanied by the development of China's socialist market economy grow. Civil and political participation is an important yardstick to measure the modern political democracy. New social strata in China's political participation for the construction of China's socialist democratic politics with a very important theoretical and practical significance, we study the basic situation of China's new social stratum of political participation and important value, explore new social strata in China in the main problems in the political participation and constraints. Finally, how to advance our citizens an active and orderly political participation, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote an active and orderly political participation of new social strata in China. The text is divided into four parts: Part I: This paper describes the basic situation of China's new social classes and political participation. This section elaborated on China's new social stratum of political participation based on the course, approaches, features four aspects, trying to be good in theory, paving the way behind. With a view to promote better and faster development of China's new social stratum of political participation, which build a harmonious society in China. In short, the new social class as one of the builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics, political participation is conducive to promoting our national democratic political construction, have an immeasurable effect on China's political and economic development. With our party and government deepening understanding of the new social class, the new social class is bound to play an important role in China's political field, will promote the advancement and improvement of China's political system, China's new social class will also play an important role in the process of socialist modernization in our country.
