Abstract

System studies, including different culture conditions on colony growth rate, spore germination of spores of the impact of the size and characteristics of the sporulation clear colony growth, sporulation, spore growth oak chain Kuwana Aschersonia Biological Characteristics as well as the most appropriate conditions for spore germination. Through the oak the chain of Kuwana Aschersonia bacteria on the greenhouse whitefly the 2-3 instar nymphs virulence determination of preliminary applications oak chain Kuwana Aschersonia bacteria against greenhouse whitefly control effect is clear, and the evaluation. The main results are as follows: under different temperatures and pH values, different light, different medium conditions on oak chain Kuwana Aschersonia bacteria culture observation, the results show that: in the 25 ° C and a pH range of 6 to 7,12 L: 12D light conditions under the PDA medium and corn meal agar medium, the colonies are growing well, fast sporulation, sporulation large. High temperature and low temperature, acidic pH alkaline, light a long time or matte, inappropriate medium (such as oatmeal agar medium) discomfort conditions have an adverse effect on colony growth or sporulation. Measured under different temperatures and pH values, different light, different medium conditions on oak chain Kuwana Aschersonia bacteria colony growth rate, the results showed that: 25 ℃, the growth medium pH6 ~ 7 under the conditions . 24h dark conditions colony growth fastest 24h light conditions, colony growth was the slowest growth rate, 12L: 12D lighting conditions center. Colony growth was faster in the Quercus variabilis cook liquid agar medium and Sabouraud medium, centered in PDA medium and oatmeal agar medium growth rate, slower growth in corn meal agar medium. Measured under different temperatures and pH values, different light, different nutrients conditions of oak chain Kuwana Aschersonia conidial germination rate, the results show that: spore germination optimum temperature of 25 ° C, high temperature The cryogenic not conducive to spore germination. The conidial germination optimum pH of 6 to 7, acidic pH slightly alkaline not conducive to spore germination. Light conducive to spore germination, the spores germinate best conditions for 24h light. Sucrose, maltose, lactose, glucose, cork oak leaf boiled liquid are conducive to spore germination, sucrose, glucose solution is more conducive to the germination of spores. Under different temperatures and pH values, different light, different medium conditions were cultured the Kuwana Aschersonia bacteria oak chain, the of conidia size measurement results showed that: 25 ° C and a pH range of 6 to 7,12 L: 12D light corn meal agar medium and PDA medium conducive to spore growth and mature spore individual, mature high quality. High temperature and low temperature, acidic pH alkaline, light a long time or matte, and inappropriate culture media and other the unwell conditions, not conducive to spore growth and maturity. 5 above under different conditions, the overall results of the oak chain Kuwana Aschersonia Biological Characteristics
