Abstract


In this thesis, harm walnut bore fruit pests walnut lift limb moth Atrijuglans hetaohei Yang as the research object , using scanning electron microscopy pole peach lift limb moth female sex pheromone glands and antennae of male moths to determine the site of the gland , the surface morphology and male moth antennae feeling type. Indoor and field observations , master circadian rhythm of courtship rules and the courtship process of walnut lift limb moth neutral pheromone . By capillary gas chromatography ( GC ) analysis of synthetic sex pheromone analogs cf , initially identified walnut lift limb sex pheromone active ingredient and chemical structure . Based on the analysis of the chemical composition , using appropriate methods for the directed synthesis of the sex pheromone analogs . Moth activity test , verify the sex pheromone analogs activity through the forest . The results showed that : walnut lift limb sex pheromone endocrine gland located in the membrane section between the the abdominal tip end of the 8 to 9 , for a festival film specialization the intact epithelium ring made ??structure, sex pheromone receptors hair sensilla and thorn - shaped sensor ; mature walnut lift limb moth emergence after 24 hours , the nuptial flight and mating activities from 18:00 to 20:00 ; walnut lift limb sex pheromone endocrine gland extract containing Shun -8 - tridecene -1 - ol ( Z - 8- 13 : OH ) , cis-9 , cis -8 - tridecene acetate ( Z - 8- 13 : Ac ) - sixteen dodecene -1 - ol ( Z- 9 - 16 : OH ) , cis-9 - hexadecenyl acetate ( Z - 9- 16 : Ac ) similar carbon chain length of the unsaturated alcohol or an unsaturated ester ; walnut lift limb sex pheromone analogues synthesized by the Wittig reaction , the test results show that these analogues forest has a certain moth activity .
