Abstract


As one of the dominant value,“Apparently destiny”has an instructive effect on America`s domestic and foreign policies. rooting from America`s unique economic, politics and cultural environment, its far-reaching effects cannot be neglected. After years of evolve and development, this spirit has a subjective leading and proving effect on many things. The most evident and external form of this spirit is media, which serves as a carrier to the conduct of information that interfere with politics. This thesis attempts to analysis“Apparently destiny”from the prospect of the original evolve of spirit, as to further define the internal meaning of this theory. In addition, the relationship between“Apparently destiny”spirit and media is analyzed through the retrospect of important matters in America history. The analysis in cultural aspect is used to distinguish the proposition of relationship between media audience and the government.
