Abstract


Asarum (herba Asari) as Aristolochia plants in North Asarum Asarum heterotropoides Fr.Schmidt var.mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. Seoul Asarum Asarum sieboldii Miq.var.Seoulense Nakai or Asarum Asarum sieboldii Miq. Drying whole plant. With expelling wind and cold , Tongqiao pain , warm the lung drink effect. Is one of North Asarum Asarum authentic . In this paper, the quality of planting North Asarum and its influencing factors were studied to establish a plantation in North Asarum for the quality evaluation methods . Which uses Pharmacopoeia method for the determination of total North Asarum volatile oil content , the use of GC Chromatography active ingredient methyl eugenol and toxic constituents safrole content using high performance liquid chromatography toxic components of aristolochic acid A , through active ingredients and toxic ingredients , while quantitative research , and calculate the total amount of each index component , through statistical analysis, comprehensive evaluation of the quality and impact of the North Asarum quality factors. And the use of such methods in different growth years , different developmental stages and different processing methods deal with North Asarum were planted Quality Evaluation . For 2 to 6 years in North Asarum sample test showed that 6 -year-old North Asarum active ingredient significantly increased total and far higher than other years if the total amount of toxic ingredients slowly elevated to determine the optimal growth of the North Asarum period of 6 years ; pair from May to September the same year, different developmental stages North Asarum samples were measured , considering the amount of each index component , the results show that the end of August after the fruit nutrition of North Asarum higher amount of active ingredient , lower total toxic ingredients , so make sure North Asarum optimal harvest time in late August after the nutrition of fruit ; dried for three kinds of ways 5 ways to deal with North Asarum sample test showed that dried treated in the manner North Asarum active ingredient loss is not easy , relatively low levels of toxic ingredients , and easy processing of origin that North Asarum drying methods should be used to dry way .
