Abstract


Objective: To analyze the train more health workers in rural areas in Anhui Province Construction explore how culture and the construction of love suitable Anhui Province, compatible with rural health development of health personnel in rural areas, the rural health technicians structure to be rational. Results: The relative shortage of health workforce in rural areas of Anhui Province quantity, low quality, professional structure is irrational, and for many years the Anhui medical education and the training scale is relatively small, the level and professional structure is irrational to have a close relationship. 2003 for rural orientation enrollment plan failed to complete the main reason is the lack of knowledge of primary health administrative departments directional admissions policies, lack of advocacy of all aspects of society, culture shortage of funds, students enrolled in low quality, professional thinking instability, mostly do not want to back to the directional unit employment. For rural recruitment of health personnel qualifications, professional, gender distribution imbalances, insufficient supply of undergraduate education, non-clinical professional graduates less recruitment staffing is difficult to implement, low wages, funds amounting to management was not standardized. Members of rural education in post secondary education qualification lax professional distribution unreasonable approach to training is not flexible enough. Conclusions: To stabilize the rural health team, the quality of technical staff to improve rural health, promote rural health technician qualifications, professional structure has become more rational, we must strengthen the leadership and coordination among various departments, the macro-control on the scale of medical education and professional structure, to improve rural health Talent treatment, multi-channel financing of rural health personnel training funds.
