Abstract


Objective: To study aconite and dried ginger application compatibility to enhance the role of Yang deficiency , and reveals the compatibility between the two enhanced mechanism of aconite Yang inverse role . Methods: intravenous propafenone hydrochloride injection , to establish rat heart yang bad card animal models of heart failure , to record hemodynamic indicators BL-420E biological and functional experimental system ; plasma was measured by radioimmunoassay role of epinephrine (E), angiotensin II (Ang II ) , aldosterone ( ALD ) , endothelial prime ( ET ) , atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) content to determine compatibility enhancements aconite aconite and dried ginger Yang deficiency and reveal the role of the mechanism . Results: aconite and dried ginger compatibility can improve heart failure hemodynamics some indicators , can speed up the heart rate , elevated left ventricular pressure , improve left ventricular pressure rise and fall rate : plasma epinephrine , angiotensin Ⅱ, aldosterone, endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide nerve - humoral factors also have a certain role . Conclusion: aconite and dried ginger compatibility to enhance the role of Fuzi Yang deficiency . Its role in the mechanism by enhancing myocardial contractility , increased heart rate , raise the heart blood transfusion and regulation of nerve - humoral factors , to achieve the purpose of Yang deficiency .
