Abstract


The rural social conflict is shown as the conflict between peasants and the basic level government at present Its emergence influents the stability of the countryside and even the whole society of our country, and influents reform and opening-up and process of socialist modernization at the same time. In the well-off society of comprehensive construction and the harmonious social era, the rural social conflict problem is demanding prompt solution.This article takes interests contradiction between the peasant and the basic level government as the thread, for stigma with the conflicts of interests of both sides, makes use of the analytical method of the political sociology and analytic approach of the system to study China’s rural social conflict problem during the transformation period.This article is divided into four parts.Introduction: The article defines the precise meaning of the social conflict, studies the relevant theories achievement of the domestic and international scholar about the rural social conflict problem, and combines the era background that the society makes the transformation and comprehensive construction well-off society, and the current requirement of the socialist harmonious society, points out the great realistic meaning on rural social conflict problem during the transformation of period.Part I: The current situation of China’s rural social conflict during the transformation of period.
