Abstract


The budget review and supervision is an important statutory functions and powers of local people's congresses and their standing committees of the Constitution and the law . However, due to historical and practical reasons , China's budget examination and supervision of the legal system has many defects . Compared with Western countries, the budget examination and supervision of the legal system , China's budget examination and supervision of the legal system is not perfect budget examination and supervision of the legal system , which we need in-depth and meticulous research .
