Abstract


As the basic industrial, electric grid project is significant to national economy development. Electric grid needs corresponding investment because of its basic position and development require. Electric grid’s yield is composed of the social benefit and economic benefit. It is not proper to overemphasizing the economic benefit or social benefit, meantime, electric grid’s invests mainly rely on putting an additional price on the electricity price, not on the project yield itself, and which is the difference between the electric grid project and some other general projects. It is not comprehensive that the present appraisal method of electric grid’s yield doesn’t include some benefit the project yield itself. So it is much important to analyze the input and output, enter the comprehensive economic evaluation, which provides the basis for scientific judgment of project.Through the introduction of distinguishing characteristics of electric grid investment and principles of evaluation, by analyzing the yield, production costs and expenses and the method of evaluation, the dissertation will research the feasibility and reasonability of electric grid project. Simultaneously it will put forward that economic evaluation should include the yield of the project itself. After analyzing the particular example, it proves that the research method of the dissertation is correct.
