The Hyper Firing the Metal Storm technology a new emission principle artillery , from a structural point of view , it is controlled by the ignition device and transmitter device is composed of two parts . Ignition control device can be ordered issue ignition pulse to ignite points gunpowder tandem arrays of multiple projectiles and launchers . RF is high , the interior ballistics of rounds of projectiles process will affect each other . These problems , as the core, a series of research work , such work is as follows : 1. Designed test the ignition control means . The device application microcontroller added some peripheral circuits to achieve ignition control the artillery of the various means of transmission , provides hardware support for Hyper Firing trials . 2 . The classic interior ballistics model and interior ballistics process simulation . Through simulation , understanding the the projectile bore under the various means of transmission within the law of motion and pressure variation with time , the firing rate of chamber pressure and muzzle velocity . Established a one-dimensional two-phase flow model and the interior ballistics process simulation , discuss the the interior ballistics various parameters trends over time and space , and are compared with the test results . Firing frequency artillery performance and shooting security analysis of simulation results , and to provide data support for further high frequency high voltage test and artillery design .
