Abstract


Curriculum resources and curriculum have a very close link. Curriculum resources provide the relevant conditions for the curriculum design and implementation. No curriculum resources, there is no curriculum. Without curriculum resources supporting, even the best curriculum reform there is no way to achieve, and change into the actual educational outcomes.In this paper, the author put the Jiang xi colleges as the research object, researches and analyses the development and utilization status of college basketball course resource in Jiang xi Province based on questionnaire survey, literature research, statistics and expert interview methods. The result is: the space and equipments are shortage, site construction and equipment updating is lagging, and low efficiency in the development and utilization of basketball stadium. The funding mainly come from school themselves, and mainly used for site construction, equipment purchase and maintenance; The PE teachers in college have some differences on understanding, they think their profession is in low social class, working with low pay and poor environment; or some teachers concerned about the basketball program development and resources utilization, but without the leadership support and lack the related knowledge which also are issues. The mainly college basketball teachers are middle-aged in Jiangxi Province, the educational background structure has certain improvement but professional title structure is not reasonable; the basketball teaching staff is shorthanded impact them pursue the master degree, on the one hand is "working pressure"; the other hand is " lack of funds". The overall level of scientific research and enthusiasm are low. The teaching materials are low development and utilization in class. Students also don’t pay enough attention on teaching materials; It’s still mainly use the traditional teaching methods on basketball program, the content are mostly technical skills category knowledge; the majority of students participate in weekly Basketball extra-curricular activities, and most participate several times per week. The extra-curricular activities have many problems on organizational aspects. It’s makes the basketball club like a form which didn’t play its real role.Deal with the problems raised by college basketball curriculum resources development and utilization of the principles and steps, targeted against the basketball program material, human resources development and utilization of resources and content.
