Abstract


Research purposes: retired athletes life stress events, psychological anxiety is an important psychological stress response in the the athletes face of this major stress events, this study is extremely influential factors the psychological anxiety level before retiring from the athletes start analysis of factors that affect the level of anxiety before retired elite athletes in Liaoning Province and its impact, trying to change the athletes retired concept change from athletes subjective awareness of decommissioning mitigate retired pressure, to open up new ideas for the retired athletes placed on competitive sports the development of culture and sports talent has far-reaching significance. Methods: In this paper, the athletes basic questionnaire, Anxiety Rating Scale (SAS), Social Support Rating Scale \survey, comprehensive use of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of Liaoning Province, excellent ball games athletes to participate in the Tenth National Games in the the psychological anxiety level before retirement and its influencing factors analysis. The results: the survey data show that the athlete retired intends the anxiety average of (56.28 ± 1.91) was significantly higher than the anxiety mean no retired intend athletes (44.71 ± 5.02), and come after the independent samples T-test P lt ; 0.01 shows that both highly significant difference in different sports level; facing retirement, retired the intend athletes anxiety value, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05); retired intend to male athletes and female athletes between anxiety level differences are significant (P lt; 0.05); engaged in the level of anxiety among athletes of different sports, athletes in sports with a high degree of market the retired before anxiety level is low; good interpersonal and social support of retired athletes The former mental anxiety has an impact. Conclusions: excessive and the role of the athlete's career conversion is closely related with the the retired former mental anxiety retired excellent ball players intend to psychological anxiety the average is higher than the national norm, Liaoning Province, through the research for this article, is a high level of anxiety, suggesting that poor psychological state of athletes facing retirement, athletes showed increased loneliness and lack of social support before retiring. Recommended management departments should increase recommendations: change the traditional athlete selection and training system, and full attention to culture and cultural qualities of the athletes to raise the cultural level of the athletes; strengthen psychological counseling and training of athletes, reduce stress response the athletes facing stress events; retired athletes pre-employment skills training to adapt to social development, the vision of development and the scientific method to solve the problem of resettlement of the discharged.
