Abstract


Of Physical Education and Training postgraduate courses set on the basis of inheritance, development and innovation of great significance to improve the knowledge structure of graduate students. Put forward higher requirements for high-level personnel in the face of social development, especially domestic situation in recent years, graduate education expanding, we need to practice to actively explore, establish science Physical Education and Training graduate curriculum system. With the development of the times, the curriculum must advance with the times, through continuous adjustment and reform in order to adapt to a complex and changing needs of the community. Reflection of history, to control reality, we can get a lot of useful inspiration. The study of literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics, field trips, text analysis, Physical Education and Training graduate disciplines point three provinces in Northeast China has 12 universities curriculum as research subjects from the curriculum The status quo, to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current curriculum of the institutions. Through a comparative analysis of the current curriculum program of Physical Education and Training graduate students in 12 universities of the three northeastern provinces, the proportion of the objective of fostering talent specifications of universities, research direction, course structure type, hours, credits, whether the curriculum to adapt to society on demand and other aspects of the talent, summed up the progress of the three northeastern provinces College Physical Education and Training curriculum areas: research direction of the College Physical Education Teaching and Training by the field of research in order to adapt to the current social demand for talent, aptitude the transformation of the sport; university curriculum is more reasonable; clearly defined practical links all colleges and universities in the details of the training program and practical links into the credits. Also found some problems: some institutions imbalance degree courses and elective courses in the curriculum, too much focus on degree courses, elective course credit and inadequate number of gates; individual institutions less than normal in the curriculum in Technical Courses phenomenon heavy theory, light skills; some institutions courses starting from the faculty perspective up relevant courses, according to the field of study of the teachers are not well set courses with specific disciplines direction; however hard to widespread surgery technology students, independent and not lack of initiative phenomena. Increase the proportion of elective courses, to enhance the resilience and flexibility of the curriculum program; increase in the proportion of courses Technical Courses, both to improve the capacity of students to practical aspects of the proposed curriculum for the existing problems countermeasures and suggestions: to cultivate the students' innovative spirit and ability;, Also in line with employer demand for talent.
