Abstract


E-commerce is a symbol of the rapid development of knowledge-based economy in the world today , is the product of economic globalization and the information network , the rapid development of e - commerce has become the new driving force of the development of the world economy , governments are committed to establish and improve the promotion of their e-commerce development support system , in order to cope with the challenges of economic globalization , grasp the initiative in the country's economic development . Construction of laws and regulations is an important aspect of e-commerce development , e-commerce legislation worldwide showing the characteristics of rapid convergence , coordination , and opening up . China 's e-commerce legislative activity has begun , which is to promote the development of China's e-commerce , the transformation of China's economic growth mode , implement the scientific concept of development , an inevitable requirement . This paper introduces the development status of e-commerce on the basis of comments and analysis of the status of international e-commerce legislation , expounded the necessity of China 's e-commerce legislation and value orientation in the basic principles of China's e-commerce legislation , as well as the legal status of the basic characteristics of given on the basis of the content and framework of China's e-commerce law .
