Abstract


Education of elite athletes the Sports Personnel training process much government and social concern, not only related to China's \and they retired social inclusion and employment. Do a good job the athlete's cultural and educational work both athletes and all-round development needs, but also to reduce the negative effects caused by the lack of culture and education of the athletes, the objective requirements of building a harmonious society. Culture education for athletes Lack typical universality, historic reality, the study of Liaoning Province, specificity and influencing factors of culture and education in training athletes made a careful analysis of the outstanding problems that exist in the work of rational understanding of cultural education system in line with the characteristics of the athletes education, in order to provide a reference for the relevant functional departments. The study used a literature analysis, questionnaire and expert interviews, research methods, and empirical analysis of athletes cultural and educational systems development process and the education of elite athletes in Liaoning Province, the status quo. The main results show that: athletes cultural educational ideology and the nature of education deviates from the excellent sports teams cultural and educational supervision and incentive mechanism has not yet been established, athletes cultural and educational foundation, continuing education is difficult to implement, time allocation unreasonable, learning and training contradictions still focus problem, athletes lack of active learning awareness, poor learning environment, curriculum gap in the demand, a serious shortage of vocational education and career guidance. In this study, based on the level of expertise of elite athletes to improve the intrinsic quality of education, vocational education development objectives and requirements, in-depth study on the basis of, respectively, from the macro, meso and micro aspects of measures to improve the education of elite athletes, Liaoning Province working Recommendation: (1) strengthen legal construction, maintenance athletes the right to education; (2) to broaden the diversion channel, vocational education and professional education simultaneously; (3) to play the role of Sports College and broaden the academic education select channels; ④ reshape the concept of education, Sinology education to strengthen elite athletes of the inherent quality of education; (5) strengthening teacher development, the establishment of the tutor system, culture Athletes' Humanities \Learning and Training contradiction \planning, good employment education.
